Delivery and Returns
BUYER; has the right to withdraw within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product/service to itself or to the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by e-mail or the contact form at www.kaylagurme.com within 7 days, and the product must not be used in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of this contract and must be resold by the SELLER. If this right is exercised,
a. A copy of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER has been sent to the SELLER, and the original invoice, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. refunds will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued)
b. The products to be returned within 7 (seven) days must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any. If the right of withdrawal is used in sales where gifts are given with the product, the gift will also be returned by the BUYER.
c. Within 10 (Ten) days following the receipt of the withdrawal notification to the SELLER, the product price is returned to the BUYER AS PAYED. The SELLER is obliged to return the goods within 20 days.
D. When returning the product to the SELLER, the original invoice submitted to the BUYER during the delivery of the product must also be returned. The return section of the invoice to be returned with the product will be returned by filling in and signing by the BUYER.
e. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's losses at the rate of the BUYER's fault.
f. In case of falling below the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
g. Except for the cases caused by the mistakes of www.kaylagurme.com, the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER and the unpaid shipments will not be accepted.
When returning the product to the SELLER, the original invoice submitted to the BUYER during the delivery of the product must also be returned. On the invoice to be returned with the product, the phrase "return invoice" will be written and signed by the BUYER.
By its nature; The right of withdrawal cannot be used for disposable consumables or products that are likely to expire, for products prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the BUYER and which are not suitable for return due to their nature. The use of the right of withdrawal in products is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact and the product is unused and untested.
